After successfully completing the manufacturing planning process, all relevant data needs to be provided in time, according to processes, and company-wide at the respective shop floor work centers.
Factory Control Center | FCTR enables the management and provision of production resources, such as tools, fixtures, measuring and test equipment, in SAP. During stocking and withdrawal, the inventory data of parts is automatically managed and updated in the SAP system.
The central management of data allows a secure and version-related storage of all CAM and NC documents. By using a DNC module, it is also ensured at all times that Manufacturing accesses the correct NC programs.

Factory Control Center | FCTR enables the management of production resources, such as tools, fixtures, measuring devices and testing equipment fully integrated in SAP.
For all of the tools at the machines or in storage, FCTR provides information on tool stock and on the condition of the tools.
SAP-INTEGRATED DNC MANAGEMENT
The central management of data with Factory Control Center | FCTR enables the secure and version-related storage of all CAD, CAM, and NC data in SAP. Using a dedicated DNC server also ensures that Manufacturing has fast and secure access to the correct NC data.
